Civic Amentiy (CA) Site

The Civic Amenity Site, located in Lampeter, provides a tipping service for Ceredigion householders. The service is free of charge. The site is manned by bilingual operators who will be happy to provide assistance.

The site accepts the following materials from householders:

• Plastic
• Cardboard/paper
• Newspapers
• Metals
• Cans (Steel and Aluminium)
• Glass
• Cable
• Batteries
• Inert Waste
• Timber
• WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment)
• Paints

The site will accept one fridge/freezer per resident.

Please note that permission must be requested prior to brining vans, twin - axled trailers and horse boxes onto the household waste sites. Please phone 01545 572572 to make a request. if you have not made a request, or are carrying Trade Waste you may be turned away from the site.

To dispose of commercial waste please report to the weighbridge at the Lampeter Transfer Station, or Contact Us prior to visiting.
